He was predeceased by: his parents, Marty Zych and Ann Zych; and his wife Shirley O'Bannon. He is survived by: his sons, James Zych of St. Louis and Martin Zych of Lincoln; his stepdaughter Linda Erb of Center; and his sister Patty Carlyle of Brezzy Point. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, 3 step-grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
