He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Mahalovich and Lillian Lucille Mahalovich (Ellis); his former wife Dorothy A. Twenter; his wife Alberta Jo Mahalovich; his sister Janet Louise Mahalovich; his stepmother Dorothy Carter; and his stepson Steven Bryan Bishop, Jr..

He is survived by: his children, Brian Mahalovich (Julie) of Sedalia, Brandon Mahalovich of Sedalia, Kena Butz (Casey) of Plainfield, IN, Keri Barnes of Lee's Summit, MO and Alberta Mahalovich (Allie) of Lincoln, MO; his siblings, Frank Mahalovich of Sedalia and Sylvia Knapp of Sedalia; his grandchildren, Maggi, Molli, Matthew, Myah, Hunter, Keely, Zachary and KJay; and his stepchildren, Cathy Geotz, Julia Rymer, Bobby Bishop and Freddie Curry, Jr..
