He was predeceased by: his parents, James Oscar and Vivian Holloway (Eggleston); his former wife Carol Jean Holloway; his grandson J. D. Holloway; and his sisters, Vivian Jean Leslie and Suzie Light.

He is survived by: his children, Jim (Cheryl Holloway) of Troy, MO and Michelle (Jeff Allwin) of O'Fallon, MO; his wife Joann Holloway of Santa Fe, MO; his grandchildren, Ryan Kumbera, Jimmy Kumbera, Chad Holloway and Jennifer Holloway; and his sister Sally Bacon of Robertsville, MO. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
