She was predeceased by: her parents, Miles Neil and Blanche Neil (Casey); her brothers, Max and Roy Neil; and her husband Clyde "Ralph" McCubbin.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Tabor, Chuck and Dennis McCubbin; her grandchildren, Eric Smith (Sarah), Matt Long, Crystal Self (Daniel), Misty Tabor (Clint) and Dennis McCubbin, Jr.; her great grandchildren, Faith Castro, Roberto, Josiah, Abigail, Bethany Smith, Alexis, Carter, Noah, Daxton, Axle Long, Shyla, Bo Williams, Allison Self, Tyler, Angel Long, Isabella Gieri and Adaira Tabor; and her great great grandchildren, Jasmine, Roberto Castro and Demarcus Hill.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the family's choice of charity.
