He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Woodman and Helen Frailey (Smith); his son Leslie P. James; and his siblings, Darlene Frailey and Elmer R. Frailey.
He is survived by: his former wife Donna Janeski; his wife Donna Frailey; his children, Sarina Frailey of Independence, Lindsay Garrett (Joseph) of Eldorado Springs, Harold W. Frailey (Treasure) of Clinton, Mason Frailey (Cheyanne) of Lincoln and Joshua Balding of Lamar; his sisters, Linda Christian (David) and Janie Boyer (Bill) of Kansas City; his grandchildren, Madison, Radin, Michael, Isaac, Alyssa, Kathleen, Liam, Kristen, Olivia, Joseph, Meagan, Mercedes, Mackenzie, Michaela and Erica; and his great grandchildren, Arinna, June, Montanna, Aydyn, Bryndyn, Cycyn and Amelia. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
