He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Palmer Toalson and Ruth Miller Toalson (Nichols). He is survived by: his wife Penny Lynn Stuart; his children, Nicholas Toalson (Kayla) of Clinton, MO and Nicole Silvey (Andrew) of Cole Camp; and his grandchildren, Reign, Palmer, Addilyn, Mason and Hugh. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Memorial contributions may be made to Grace Fellowship Church in Cole Camp.
