He was predeceased by: his mother Clara Helen Laws; his son Richard Gene Babb II; and his granddaughter Skylar Beth Jackson. He is survived by: his wife Mary Mooring Babb; his children, Angela Michelle Babb of Lilbourn and Brandon Lee Babb of Lilbourn; his siblings, Rowdy Gene (Jessica Babb) of Portageville, Shannon Lynn Lane (Austin Johnson) of Portageville and Tonya Rae Babb of Portageville; his stepbrothers, Kevin Morgan of New Madrid and Richard Morgan of Brighton, TN.; and his granddaughter Katherine Rose Jackson. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
