She is survived by: her husband Robert Carter; her children, Anthony (Alicia Musgrave), Angela (James Carver), Rhonda (Tracy Chilton) and Andrea Turner of Alton; her stepchildren, Annette, Brian Richner of Maryland, Robert Carter, Jr. of Alabama, Shawn, Tina Carter of Lilbourn, Amanda and Larry Joe Hill of Lilbourn; her grandson James Dylan Carver of Portageville; her siblings, Janie Mae Shearl of Portageville, Versa Dean Marques of Collidge and James Holden, Jr. of Portageville; and her brother-in-law Garvin Jones of Arizona. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren, other relatives and many friends.
