He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Leroy Musgrave; and his brother Daniel Marion. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Musgrave (Jerry Preslar) of Portageville, MO; his wife Ruthie Musgrave of Lilbourn, MO.; his daughters, Christina Hilburn (Timothy) of Steele, MO and Katherine Musgrave (Jeremy) of Doniphan, MO; his sisters, Kim Estes (Tim) of Jackson, MO and Natalie Frazier Cook (Keith) of Cape Girardeau, MO; and his grandchildren, Christopher, Christion, Jacob and Tyler. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
