He is survived by: his wife Susie Nell Noe (Crockett); his sons, Johnny Noe (Judy) of Idella, MO and Tim Noe (Patty) of Lilbourn, MO; his sister Helen Noe Marshall of Moody, AL; his granddaughters, Hannah Noe and Melissa Loflin (Johny); and his great grandchildren, Ellie Loflin and Charlotte Loflin. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
