He is survived by: his spouse Bridgett Connor; his children, Anthony Jones (Linda) of Howardville, MO, Charles Neal Jr. of Elkhart, IN and Jennifer Rogers of Elkhart, IN.; his siblings, George Neal Jr. (Ann) of Elkhart, IN and Betty March of Bloomington, IL; and his grandsons, Anthony Wheeler of Elkhart, IN, David Rogers of Elkhart, IN and Royal Neal of Elkhart, IN. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
