He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin and Avon. He is survived by: his wife Billie Louise Lotz (McCart); his daughter Carolyn Avon (Lotz); his children-in-law, Jim Hampson and Anne Delano Lotz; his grandchildren, Jim Hampson and Holly Faw (Hampson); his great grandchildren, Easton Faw and Elliot Longnecker; and his siblings, Lovenia Kay Kinder (Lotz), Leroy Alva Lotz, Donald Lotz (Dorothy Lotz) of Licking and Bill Lotz of Annapolis.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials to Boone Creek Cemetery.
