Cahill Case; his girlfriend Patricia Sisco; his daughter Kimberly Case of Fenton, Missouri; and his siblings, Kevin Case of Keno, Oregon, Susan Halinar (Franklin) and Kathleen Borg (David) of Montauk, Missouri. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
