He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Leburn Sullins and Hellen Sullins; his siblings, Granvel, Kenneth, Phyllis, Randy, Anita, Ronald, Dorothy, Vernell, Eugene and Ruth; his wife Kay; his son Scotty Ray (Amy); and his grandchildren, Taryn, Dawn, Kasey, Eli, Trevor and Reese.

Memorials: The family requests in lieu of flowers memorials be made to Three Rivers Hospice.
