She is survived by: her son Gary Wayne (Kaddy) of West Plains, MO; her husband Ronnie Dixon of Houston, MO; her daughter Velvet Lewis (James) of Houston, MO; her brothers, George Jett, Jr. (Alice) of Mountain Grove, MO and Lee Jett (Salina) of Nashville; her grandchildren, Connie, Chris, Stephanie, Jonathan, Thomas, Kaytlynn and Jaycee; and her stepgrandchildren, Elizabeth and Bobby. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren; five nieces and nephews; and a host of friends.
