She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Emmit Smith and Ruth Louise Marsh Smith; her daughter Nancy; her husband Mick (Mick); and her brother-in-law Donald Hitzhusen.
She is survived by: her children, John Minette (Salina), Mary Minette (Anthony Ladogana) of Portland, OR, Ted Minette (Kelly) of Liberty, MO and Jennifer Minette Fore (Christopher) of Danbury, NH; her grandchildren, Spencer Minette, Madeline Fore, Rosemary Fore, Sarah Battaleme (Mauricio), Samuel Minette, Jesicka Aguilar, Max Minette and Kate Minette; her great grandchild Ever Battaleme; her siblings, Connie Hitzhusen of Lewisville, TX and Dick; her sister-in-law Kate Minette of Cedar Rapids, IA; and her nieces and nephews, Mark Alcorn (Joyce) of Coppell, TX, Paula Tyler of Lewisville, TX, Aimee Kern (Andy) of Clear Lake, IA and Michael Minette (Kim) of Denver, CO..
