He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Lawson (Flab) and Deloris Lawson (Morgan); and his grandparents, Chester and Madge Lawson. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lawson (Palmer); his children, Tracy Nickel (Darren) of Corpus Cristi, TX and Mark Lawson (Tricia) of Bessie, OK; his siblings, Danny Lawson (Terry) of Littleton, CO, Leon Lawson (Kathleen) of Phoenix, AZ, Julie Watkins (Kevin) of Wichita, KS and Ed Burkert (Barbra) of Emporia, KS.; and his friend Rudy Martinez. He is also survived by five grandchildren, six great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, cousin.
