He was predeceased by: his parents, Murl Howard and Neva Howard. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Howard; his children, Matt Howard (Brandee), Christina Pragman (Andrew) and Melissa Howard; and his grandchildren, Abigail and Liam Howard. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, we are asking for donations to KC Pet Project, NorthCare Hospice, and Crossroads Hospice.
