He was predeceased by: his parents, F. B. Jacks and Clara Beth Jacks. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Galloway Jacks; his son David; his grandchildren, Sam (Charlie) and Donna Sue (Eric); his niece Natalie (Scott); his great-nephew Austin (Aryanna); and his cousin Helen "Feisty" Dye.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Our Lady of Mercy Country Home (2115 Maturana Dr, Liberty, MO 64068).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Eye Foundation of Kansas City, supporting those who are healing children who suffer from eye malignancies as Benny did.
