She is survived by: her sister Ressie Jean Toon (Knutter); her children, Rhonda Sue Self (Mayes) and Scott Edward Mayes; her husband Jim; her children, Greg Self and Tammy Mayes (Fleenor); her grandchildren, Tyler, Katie Self (Allen), Landon Mayes, Ethan, Jenna Self (Edens), Trinity (Mayes), Anthony Hartnell, Conner, Honour Sabbert (Sollars), Caitlyn (Sabbert) and Nick Fowler; and her great grandchildren, James Self, Charlotte Hartnell, Skye Fowler, Blake Self and David Self.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Polo Christian Church or Elmira Cemetery in care of the funeral home.
