She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Pennington; her parents, Ralph Reed and Rosemary Reed; her sister Gayle Fagan of Greeneville, TN; and her nephew Justin Fuller.

She is survived by: her children, Sheila (Iowa), Shaine (Donna) and Cody (Tiffany); her grandchildren, Kirby, Danny, Colton, Madison and Morgan; and her brothers, Phil Reed (Carrie) of Fargo, ND and Olin David Reed of Cheyenne, WY.
