He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Watkins and Vida Watkins (Baker); his wife Polly Wiggans; and his siblings, Betty Garberino, Leona Fitzgerald, Emma Bailey, Freddy Watkins and Lloyd Watkins.
He is survived by: his children, Tammy Woods (Sam) of Pierce City, Missouri, Jim Watkins (Diana) of Cassville and Duane Watkins (Amy) of Aurora, Missouri; and his siblings, Peggy Newman (Jim) of Purdy, Missouri and Don Holly of Neosho, Missouri. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; 20 great- grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter.
