He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ray Noyes and Eula Maude Noyes (Millard); and his brother Jim Noyes. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Sue Cowardin; his children, Allen Noyes (Penny) of Maumelle, AR, Angela Delph (Todd) of Webb City, MO and Alison Rogers (Dan); his siblings, Tom Noyes (Lynn) of Lathrop, MO and Sue Martin of Kansas City, MO; and his grandchildren, Peyton Rogers, Maggie Noyes, Tanner Rogers and Parker Noyes.
