It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vernon Leroy Doak of Lexington, Missouri, who passed away on May 21, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Leroy Doak, Sr. and Betty Doak (Goodloe); and his daughter-in-law Kate Doak. He is survived by: his friend Vernon; his wife Pat Doak of Lexington, MO; his sons, Butch Doak of Lexington, MO, Dale Doak (Annie) of Lexington, MO and Rodney Doak of Waverly, MO; his grandchildren, Miles Doak, Hannah Norris (Josh), Morgan Doak, Dylon Doak, Karlee Doak, Dale Doak, Jr., Dalton Doak and Wyatt Doak; and his brother Terry Michael Doak of Mississippi. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Memorials are suggested to the Lexington Elk's Lodge.
