He was predeceased by: his wife Naomi Harlow; his sister Sandy Harlow; and his granddaughter Amanda Santoro. He is survived by: his parents, Edwin Harlow and Maxine Harlow (King); and his children, Cassie Santoro of Lexington, Michelle "Chelley" Harlow of Arkansas and Vicent Guzowski of Branson. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the VFW or the Elks.
