She is survived by: her mother Marsha Eaton (Motley); her husband Brian Chappell; her daughters, Haleigh Chappell and Brooklyn Chappell; her stepfather Russell Eaton of Lexington, MO; her siblings, Mandy Pitt (J. Nolan) of Corder, MO and Matthew Eaton of Blue Springs, MO; her nieces and nephews, Aiden Joyce, Rylan Evans, Athena and Lorelei Nolan; and her grandmother Esther Motley of Lexington, MO.
