He is survived by: his children, Terry (Gil Crose), Cindi (Kathy), Jim (Jeanie), Annette (David Martin) and Anthony (Maria Arroyo); his wife Kathy Frock; and his children, Kathy Westcott, Dona Wright, Le Anne Wilson and Jeanie (Michael Burks). He is also survived by numerous Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren.
