Locke, Sr. and Stella Louise Glasgow; his sons, Dr. Wesley Clay Mills (Stacey) of Jacksonville and Christopher St. John Mills (Emily) of St. Joseph; his stepdaughters, Yvette D. Thurston of Slater, MO, Laura L. Sambol (David) of Kansas City, KS and Elain M. Wade of Independence, MO.; his sister Rhonda R. Hardin; his niece Rolonda Lylette Saulsberry (Trent) of Kansas City, MO; his nephew Robert Andrew Locke (Trey); and his grandchildren, Trey, Jameson, Taten, Regan, Kaitlin, Kirkland, Khyree, Kjirsten, Aubrey, Daxton, Chris Jr., James, Tierra and Steven. He is also survived by great-grandchildren and nephews, nieces, and a host of friends.
