He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene H. Mason and Lucille G. Mason (Garvin); his son Aaron Mason; and his brothers, Donald R. Mason, Larry Thomas Mason, Clifford H. Mason and David Mason.
He is survived by: his children, Denise Wiggins of Towson Maryland, Brent Mason of Lexington, MO and LaTasha Pettis of Lexington, MO; his grandchildren, Anton Wiggins, Marquez Briscoe, Emrey Pettis, Ryker Mason, Shayla Kelly, Kendrik Mason and Maklin Mason; and his sister Phyllis Mason of Lexington, MO. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
