He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Herman and Janice Elizabeth Bayne (Carmichael); his girlfriend Vicky Cadwalader; and his brother Thomas Bayne. He is survived by: his children, Tori Cadwalader (Adan Reyes) of Lexington, MO, Robbi Bayne of Lexington, MO, Christi Bayne of Blue Springs, MO and John Cadwalader (Debbie) of Higginsville, MO; his grandchildren, Aden and Aren Reyes; and his siblings, Debby Ginow (Danny) of Lexington, MO and Ronny Bayne of Lexington, MO. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
