He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbert Kaullen and Terissa Kaullen (Bersano). He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Kaullen (Bohanon); his sons, Troy Kaullen (Dustie) of Carrollton and Kyle Kaullen (Mandy) of Lexington; his grandchildren, Haley Briddle, Callie Kaullen, Terissa Kaullen, Corbin Kaullen and Blake Kaullen; and his brothers, Clyde Kaullen (Nancy) of Linwood, Loyd Kaullen (Emma) of Lexington, Gary Kaullen (Shari) of Lexington and Michael Kaullen (Denise) of Wellington.
