She was predeceased by: her parents, Jess Murphy and Minnie Murphy (Kennedy); her husband Joseph Anthony Beretta; and her siblings, Betty Perry, Anna Olds, Raymond Murphy, Winston Murphy, Jay Murphy and Harold Murphy.
She is survived by: her children, AJ Beretta (Barbie) of Eagle Nest, NM and Joy Schroer of Lexington, MO; her grandchildren, Anthony Beretta of Colorado, Timothy Beretta (Alicia) of Texas, Elana Beretta of Texas, Nathan Schroer of Missouri and Joshua Schroer of Missouri; and her great grandchild Brooklyn Beretta of Texas. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials are suggested to First Baptist Church or the Lexington VFW.
