In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Monte William leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Monte William may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James G. Lauderdale and Lois "Dankers" Lauderdale; and his grandfather Henry Dankers. He is survived by: his wife Ruthie Lauderdale; his brother Dankers Lauderdale (Chuck); and his brothers-in-law, Harold Lemler (Nancy) and Larry Lemler. He is also survived by two nieces, a nephew and several cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Walker-Nadler-Fuller Funeral Home (1720 South St, Lexington, MO 64067). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial donations in Monte's memory may be directed to Lexington Historical Association, The Lexington 4Life Center, Margaret Gray Center, or Wentworth Military Academy Museum.
