She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Hulver and Nadine Hulver (Proctor); her husbands, Bob Ellmaker and Jim Stewart; her son Lee Ellmaker; and her siblings, Betty Bertz and Frank Hulver, Jr..

She is survived by: her daughter Linda Stabenow (Phil) of Lee's Summit; her grandchildren, Jason Stabenow (Stacey), Margot Vanfossan and Rob Ellmaker (Christy); her great grandchildren, Sloane, Drew, Georgia Stabenow, Avery, Holden Vanfossan, Madi and Parker Ellmaker; her sister-in-law LaVonne Hulver of Lexington; her nephew Todd Hulver of Mayview; her stepchildren, Kay Ehlert, Diane Kintner and Dennis Stewart; and also Maxine Ellmaker of Gravois Mills.
