It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mamie Marie Howard of Lexington, Missouri, who passed away on December 8, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hollingsworth and Maymie Olive Hollingsworth (Snell); her spouse Gene Wood; her sons, John and Kent Wood; and her siblings, John Hollingsworth, Mellissa Howard and Rena Wampler.
She is survived by: her children, Mayme of Kansas City, KS and Randy (Crystal) of Odessa, MO; and her brother Pete Hollingsworth of Jamesport, MO. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.
