With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Larry Allen Jenkins of Lexington, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 28, 2024 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Luke Jenkins and Nancy Blanche Jenkins (Breeden); his wife Judith Mae Ainsworth; his siblings, Phyllis "Jean" Davis and Bill Jenkins; and his grandchildren, Weston Cretzmeyer and Chelsea Guilford.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Peggy Ruehter of Lexington, MO; his children, Susan Brock of Sedalia, MO, Greg Jenkins (Billie) of Wellington, MO, Scott Jenkins (Sammie) of Blue Springs, MO, Mark Jenkins (Shannon) of Blue Springs, MO, Dudley Guilford of Lexington, MO and Leroy Guilford (Lana) of Lexington, MO; and his siblings, Iris Cobb (Steve) of Lexington, MO, Kim Guinn (Jeff) of Columbia, MO and Kevin Jenkins (Leann) of Richmond, MO. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Memorials are suggested to Wounded Warrior Project or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
