He was predeceased by: his parents, James T. Willard and Rosalie Willard (Kelley); his daughter Dawn Renee Willard; and his nephew Christopher Willard. He is survived by: his son Russell Willard (Rebecah) of New Port Richie, Florida; his grandchildren, Zach Willard, Jacob Taber, Damien Loyd and Jaedon Willard; his great grandchildren, Braxton and Alexander; his brothers, Les Willard of Lexington, MO, James Willard (Jane) of Kansas City, MO and Larry L. Willard of West Plains, MO; and his close friend Karen Stevens of Warren, OH. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
