He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Lorraine Eaton Ashby Smith and Norman Dean Smith; his aunts, Nancy Ashby Farley and Dian Ashby Howell; and his uncle William "Corky" Goodwin.
He is survived by: his mother Samantha Smith; his children, Bryenn Michael Dean Beck and Izabella Mae Wallace; his sister Amanda Ranay Evans-Brown (Michael Evans-Brown) of Tucson, Arizona; his nephew Trevor Evans; and his nieces, Maia Evans and Seraphan Rooks. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives and friends.
Memorials are suggested to the family in care of Samantha Rose.
