He is survived by: his children, James Matthew Mazick (Julie Ann) of Lexington, MO, Jeffrey Charles Mazick (Kathleen Dianne) of Florence, SC and Heather Louise Lichius (William Matthew) of Independence, MO; his grandchildren, Charles Jeffrey Mazick, Jack Powers Mazick, Josephine Dianne Mazick, Matthew Charles Mazick, Regan Nichole Garner, McKinley Rose Mazick, Hannah Louise Lichius and William Michael Lichius, II; his great grandchildren, Blakley June Garner and Camden Anthony Garner; his sister Myra Jean Tolino (Vincent R.) of Pittsburgh, PA; and his close friend George Zober.
