She was predeceased by: her parents, Steven DeLuca and Dianna Farmer; and her grandparents, Finace Dale and Betty Jean Farmer. She is survived by: her fiancé Drew Emerson; her children, Dustin Christian, Jett Christian, Braxton Emerson and Madaux Emerson; her sister Carmen Bryan of Lexington, MO; her parents-in-law, David and Malia Emerson of Lexington, MO; and her friends, Glen of Lexington, MO, Debbie Bagley of Lexington, MO and Danny Hoeppner of Lexington, MO. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested for Jaclyn's children's education fund in care of Drew Emerson.
