He was predeceased by: his parents, John Christopher and Flossie Mae Martin (Musick); his wife Helen Orene Martin (Winningham); his siblings, Raymond, Cleo, Albert, Glen, Junior, J. W., Marie, Mildred, Lois, Betty and Emma; and his brother-in-law Preston Winningham.
He is survived by: his children, Tom Martin (Rosemary) of Blue Springs, MO, Darlene Crockett of Blue Springs, MO and Connie Hildreth (Greg) of Lexington, MO; his grandchildren, Scott Horstman (Kim), Chad Horstman, Sarah Gilman (Seth), Sean Crockett, Amanda Woodward, Aaron Stacy (Jennifer) and Bryon Stacy (Debbie); and his sister-in-law Gloria Winningham. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren; one great great-grandchild, and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Memorials are suggested to Connie Hildreth to be used for immediate needs of Lexington school children, a passion of Hubert's, of which he cared for deeply.
