He is survived by: his children, Paula, Terrence, Mark (Courtney) and Jay (Karen); his grandchildren, Philip Kolster (Valerie), Erin Jones (Barry), Jay Kolster (Jessica), Alex Kolster (Katie), Anne Chatman (Marcus), Brendan Lindhorst (Malarie) and Patrick Lindhorst; his wife Dena; and his siblings, Mary Lou Hays of Quincy, IL, Delores Tramel (Paul) of Kahoka, Paul Lindhorst (Lynn) of Hannibal, Regina Lindhorst of Kirksville and Pauline Quinn. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
