He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Duncan and Rosalie Duncan (Stigall); and his brother Jeffery Allen Duncan. He is survived by: his wife Paula Duncan of Lexington, MO; his stepson Derrick Dean Johnson (Jessi) of Lexington, MO; and his daughters, Hannah Marie Duncan (Chad Lee Martin) of Denver and Shelby Nicole Duncan (Nathan Leonard Collins) of Oak Grove, MO..
