He was predeceased by: his son Dennis; and his siblings, Junior King, Bernie King and Imogene Claybrook. He is survived by: his wife Colleen; his children, Kara Welch of Lexington, Guy King (Melanie) of Emma and Dana Scott (Jeff) of Pleasant Hill; and his brother Veldon King of Ottumwa. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; ten great grandchildren.
