He was predeceased by: his parents, Clemen Bartley and Hazel Bartley (Evans); his children, Mitchell Bartley and Tabitha Bartley; and his siblings, Gloria Howard, Billi Ann Straton, Betty Jo Laporto, Florence Foracker, Loretta Rockhold, Forrest Bartley, J. E. Bartley and Robert "Bob" Bartley.
He is survived by: his friend Donald; his wife Jewell Bartley of Lexington, MO; his children, Deborah Graves (Bracken) of Lexington, MO and Aaron Bartley (Courtni) of Lexington, MO; his daughter-in-law Lisa Bartley; his grandchildren, Nikki Winkler, Paige Winkler, Tristan Winkler, Kobi Bartley, Taber Bartley, Joshua Bartley (Kayla), Tiffany Bartley, Julia Michael, Sabrina Magruder (Rick), Cydni Clymore (J. D.), Dalton Bartet (Kathleen), Joshua Graves (Becky), Chaz Graves (Makala), Gracie Graves and Gavin Graves; and his sister Wilma Barnes of Odessa, MO. He is also survived by 23 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
