It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dick Tracy of Lexington, Missouri, born in Higginsville, Missouri, who passed away on August 29, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd "Cotton" Tracy and Geneva Tracy (Chapman); and his siblings, Don Tracy, Mack Tracy and Janice Jackson.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Tracy (Lowe); his daughter Genny Kleoppel (Brad) of Odessa, MO; his stepdaughter Tammy Umphreys of Grain Valley, MO; his siblings, Gary Tracy (Ann) of Waverly, MO, Cheryl Ellerman (Bob) of Edwards, MO, Carol Lefman (George) of Higginsville and Linda Bauer (Kenny) of Higginsville; his grandchildren, Spencer, Corbin, Noble Kleoppel, Jesse Umphreys and Anthony Weber (Sierra); and his great grandchildren, Brycen, Isabella Kleoppel, Ethan and Stella Weber.
