He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence I. Burns and Aileen Burns (Simmerman); and his niece Tammy Lampkin. He is survived by: his sisters, Carolyn Milligan of Lexington, MO and Pat Ralston of Harrison, AR; and his nephew Tracy Ralston of Harrison, AR. He is also survived by many relatives, friends.
