He is survived by: his wife Ruth Garner; his children, Aaron O'Donnell (Melodye) of Lexington, Megan O'Donnell of Lexington and Chelsea Dunk (Luke) of Adamsville, Texas; his grandchildren, Addison Smith and Azalie Dunk; and his sisters, Carmen Stark (Dwayne) of Lexington and Barbara Hankins (Roy) of Lexington.
