She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest "Ernie" H. Abbott and Caroline Abbott (McClintick); her son Todd Ainsworth; and her brother Larry Abbott. She is survived by: her husband Harold Thomas "Tom" Ainsworth, Jr. of Lexington, MO; her sons, Troy Ainsworth (Kristin) of Concordia, MO and Trent Ainsworth (Carrie) of Higginsville, MO; her daughter-in-law Beth Ainsworth of Lexington, MO; her grandchildren, Christian Ainsworth, Michael Ainsworth, Craig Ainsworth, Paige Ainsworth, Andrew Ainsworth, Maddie Pummill (Jaycee) and Bubba Ainsworth; and her great grandchildren, Ayden Hamer, Abel Hamer, Charlotte Ainsworth and Delilah Pummill. She is also survived by many relatives and friends.

Memorials are suggested to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
