He was predeceased by: his parents, George F. Rains and Vesta V. Rains (Hibbert). He is survived by: his wife Nona Rains; his stepchildren, Shanna Young of Lexington, MO and Michael Looney (Patty) of Odessa, MO; his stepgrandchildren, Makaela Young, Makenna Young, Ryder Young, Christen Eaton, Tasha Eaton and Teddy Evans; his brother Gilbert Rains of O'Fallon, MO; and his niece Sara Steele of Higginsville, MO. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
